It is with great sadness the family shares the passing of our dear Terri, daughter, sister, stepmother, friend and colleague. Born December 12, 1955 in Stratford, Ontario, we say farewell to a loving and fiercely loyal person who left us far too soon.
A true force of nature, Terri endured many storms, yet was always there for those in need, both in her personal life and in her work as a paralegal. Terri helped many newcomers to Canada, and worked tirelessly on human rights issues in Latin America, Chile in particular. Terri is predeceased by her husband and love of her life Leo D’Andrea and is survived by his children Joanna, Marco, Carolina, and Adam, her mother Agnes “Babe” Jackman, her sisters Reni, Marji, Barb, her brothers Bernie and Joe, and her many nieces and nephews, including Sara, Jennifer, Megan, Jonathan, and Daniel, who were just as much her children. She was a proud grandmother to Zander and Tyra.
